Why use digiflow?

With Digiflow the last 3 annual accounts, the RSZ certificate and VAT quality certificate of a company applying for a government contract can be requested by the administration awarding the contract itself.

From 1 January 2007 it will be compulsory for the government itself to request these documents. In fact, Digiflow ensures a significant reduction in costs for businesses applying for government contracts. For civil servants the introduction of digiflow merely means a limited increase in the volume of work.
Digiflow contributes to an important principle of eGovernment, viz. a single request for data from citizens or companies.

In fact, Digiflow is no more than an interface which makes it possible to carry out the necessary searches very simply.

The advantages of Digiflow are:

• For civil servants: within their area of competence civil servants are given access to data which are saved and managed by other government departments.
• For citizens and businesses: data have to be entered only once, even when they are used by different government departments.
