  • Application for advice vouchers (Flemish public administration - Economy, Employment, Home Affairs and Agriculture Dep.)

    With the advice voucher system the Authorities of Flanders seek to offer incentives for high-quality corporate advice for companies. The advice voucher is a financial support measure allowing companies to tap into the knowledge of accredited advisory bodies at a low cost.

  • Application for a DNA voucher (Flemish public administration - Economy, Employment, Home Affairs and Agriculture Dep.)

    These new DNA ("Durf Na Advies") vouchers are part of a scheme where the Authorities of Flanders hope to make it a less costly exercise for new entrepreneurs to obtain professional advice from accountants and consultants. DNA vouchers can be used to pay for market research, business plans, feasibility studies and advice from accountants, consultants, notaries or lawyers from an accredited advisory body.

  • Application for a growth subsidy (Flemish public administrationy - Economy, Employment, Home Affairs and Agriculture Dep.)

    In order to boost economic growth in Flanders , the Authorities of Flanders created the "growth subsidy" (or cash grants). The subsidy is designed to offer a financial incentive to companies eager to invest in the Flemish Region.
  • Application for an eco-subsidy (Flemish public administration - Economy, Employment, Home Affairs and Agriculture Dep.)

    In order to steer the investment environment in Flanders in the direction of sustainable development, while encouraging companies to make a contribution to the Kyoto undertaking, the Authorities of Flanders devised an "eco-subsidy". The subsidy is designed to offer a financial incentive to companies eager to make the following eco-friendly investments in the Flemish Region : environmental investments, energy-related investments, and investments for relocating owing to environmental considerations.

  • The manure transport one-stop shop on the Internet (Flemish Land Agency - VLM)

    The manure one-stop shop on the Internet is an application for directly reporting to the manure database information about a manure transport operation.

  • Interactive module eco-friendly pesticides/herbicides (Dep. EWBL)

    This interactive tool shows how to find the right environmentally-friendly pesticide/herbicide. Private persons, farmers and public administrations can find information tailored to their needs.

Environment, nature and energy

  • Annual integrated environmental report (MMIS Unit)

    Starting in 2005 all companies and all private individuals with a duty to report may provide information and carry out their duty to report about the environment via one form (the annual integrated environmental report - IMJV). You can submit your digitally signed tax form via the Internet one-stop shop.

  • The Environmental complaint follow up system (MMIS Unit)

    The environmental complaint follow up system allows local authorities and local police departments to keep track of environmental complaints. Two out of three municipalities are already connected to the system.

  • Comparison of energy prices (VREG)

    Interactive application for comparing energy prices and the green energy from the various recognised suppliers on the Flemish electricity market.

  • Financial grant overview in relation to energy saving (Flemish public administration - Economy, Employment, Home Affairs and Agriculture Dep.)

    Interactive financial grant guide for energy saving measures in your home. The application incorporates federal, regional, municipal and inter-municipal information about potential financial grants.

  • Supervised individual study (Flemish public administration - Education Dep.)

    BIS allows you to undertake training where and when you want. The BIS application allows you to test your knowledge interactively.

  • Education form database (Flemish public administration - Education Dep.)

    Educational establishments use a whole host of documents and forms. This website provides central access to nearly all the documents and forms needed in the teaching profession (management, school secretariat, parents, students, teachers, etc.).

Work and social economy

  • Manage your own file as a job-seeker (Flemish Service for Employment and Vocational Training / VDAB)

    Job-seekers can manage their own files in the VDAB database. Including your CV allows employers to get in touch with you.

  • The vacancy database of the VDAB ( Flemish Service for Employment / VDAB)

    This module is the one people are most familiar with. It allows you to consult the VDAB online job vacancy service. The same vacancy database can also be consulted via WIS computers.

  • The KISS database [Placing a job opportunity] (Flemish Service for Employment / VDAB)

    The KISS database allows employers to turn the spotlight onto their companies, seek suitable staff and place job opportunities online.

  • Trainee opportunities (Flemish Service for Employment / VDAB)

    Employees can request an overview of the trainee opportunities available.

General policy / public administration

  • Online application for publications (Flemish public administration - Co-ordination Dep.)

    The publication database of the Authorities of Flanders provides an opportunity to request online publications from the Authorities of Flanders and to pay electronically.
